ARASIA Board of Representatives Meeting (ABR) – July 2025
The ARASIA Board of Representatives successfully held its virtual regional meeting (ABR/RM/2025/1) on 9–10 July 2025, from 12:00 to 14:30 Vienna time, under the chairmanship of Dr. Bilal Nsouli, ARASIA Chairperson.
Representatives of ARASIA Member States participated in the meeting, alongside the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), represented by Ms. Marina Binti Mishar, Section Head at the Department of Technical Cooperation, and Ms. Linda Eid, ARASIA Focal Person.
The meeting reviewed the implementation progress of the 2024–2025 Technical Cooperation Programme and discussed the proposed programme for 2026–2027. It also followed up on key decisions from the previous annual meeting and initiated the final review of the ARASIA Medium-Term Strategy. Additional topics included organizational matters and proposals to strengthen regional collaboration under the ARASIA framework.
