Upcoming Meeting of the ARASIA Board of Representatives at IAEA Headquarters

The ARASIA Board of Representatives (ABR) will meet on Tuesday, 15 September 2026, on the margins of the 70th IAEA General Conference in Vienna, Austria.

The meeting will bring together representatives of ARASIA Member States to review the implementation of the ARASIA Programme, exchange views on ongoing and planned regional activities, and discuss priorities for the forthcoming programme of cooperation.

The Board will review progress in the implementation of IAEA Technical Cooperation regional projects, consider the ARASIA Technical Cooperation Programme for 2028–2029, and discuss the way forward for strengthening regional cooperation and ensuring that ARASIA activities continue to respond effectively to the priorities and needs of its Member States.

The meeting will also provide an opportunity to discuss the future direction of ARASIA’s regional programme, strengthen coordination among Member States, and identify priorities for the effective implementation of upcoming activities.
